Duties

Developing new curricula with the help of teachers, students, and other staff.

Networking and building professional relationships with members of the institution and the community.

Monitoring the progress of new and existing teaching methods.

Closely evaluating results at the end of each quarter and writing up progress reports.

Supervising all recruitment and vetting prospective teachers.

Identifying areas for improvement and scheduling workshops for new and existing staff

Educationis the process of facilitating learning,or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits. Educational methods include teaching,training,story telling,discussion and directed research. Education frequently takes place under the guidance of educators, however learners can also educate themselves. Education can take place in formal or informal settings and any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educational. The methodologyof teaching is called pedagogy.

Educational planning, in its broadest generic sense, is the application of rational, systematic analysis to the process of educational development with the aim of making education more effective and efficient in responding to the needs and goals of its students and society
